Three stages. Fixed fees, no day rates, no surprises. All figures are in US dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax.
How we price
One fixed price, quoted from your discovery, with a ceiling on it. Never a day rate. Never open ended.
You see the number before you commit to anything beyond the discovery. If the work grows beyond the scope we agreed, that is our cost, not yours.
Nobody to recruit
No agency fee, no three month wait, no ramp up period before they are useful.
Nobody to replace
No notice periods, no handover, no doing it all again in two years.
Cover is included
Paid time off and sickness are our problem, not a gap in your week.
Paid once, not every year
The build is a one off. A salary recurs and rises every single year.
Stage one · Teardown
$4,000
A full discovery and the plan that comes out of it. We pull your systems and data apart and walk every process end to end. You get a written report naming each leak, what it costs you a year, and what fixing it would take, in order.
Credited in full against any build
Stage two · Build
Fixed fee and fixed scope, quoted from your Teardown. Software, automation, processes, SOPs or coaching, in whatever mix you need.
Your number comes out of the Teardown, quoted as a fixed price with a ceiling before you commit to anything.
Core
The operating spine. Job flow, checks, escalations and reporting across the business. Six to eight weeks.
Bespoke
Custom software built alongside the process work, where nothing off the shelf will do the job. Ten to fourteen weeks.
Stage three · Run
Optional, apart from a minimum hosting and upkeep charge on bespoke software. Priced on how much of the day to day you want us carrying, and agreed before the build finishes.
Watch
Your systems maintained and monitored, with a monthly review and report.
Run
Everything in Watch, plus a trained operator on your day-to-day for an agreed number of hours each week. Paid time off and sick cover included.
Run Plus
A named operator on agreed hours, plus a set number of build days every month for the next thing.
Who this is for
We are not the right answer for everybody, and headcount tells you nothing either way. This is the honest filter.
Work that repeats
The same jobs, orders or steps going through week after week. Repetition is what makes a build pay for itself. One off work does not.
Mistakes that cost real money
A small error repeated across a month shows up in your numbers, not just in your mood.
An owner who is the bottleneck
Nothing important happens unless they chase it. That is the problem this is actually built to solve.
If that is not you, we will say so on the first call rather than after the discovery.
What you keep
Your data and your accounts are yours, in your name. Everything we build for you is licensed to you permanently, and it keeps working if you stop the Run. We keep the underlying intellectual property, which is how your build starts from something already proven.
- Exact figures are set by the Teardown, so you see the number before you commit to anything beyond the discovery.
- The Run is monthly, with a six month minimum and thirty days notice after that. Seven months in total.
- All figures are in US dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax. Build fees are staged, never one lump.
- The Teardown report is yours to keep and act on however you like, with no obligation to buy anything. The fee is credited in full if you do.
- Hosting, licenses and AI usage up to $250 a month are included in the Run, then billed at cost.
- Your license is perpetual and survives the end of any retainer. Full transfer of the intellectual property is priced separately.
- Every build ends with a documented handover your own team can run. Bespoke software carries a minimum monthly charge for hosting, licenses and upkeep. The full Run, with an operator carrying your day to day, is always optional.
We do not publish a price list, because the honest number depends entirely on what the discovery finds. What we do commit to is that you see it, in full and in writing, before you agree to anything beyond the Teardown.
